I opened my enoteca in the heart of Castel San Pietro Romano in 2021 after years of living and working in Mexico, South America, and Asia to unite the two things I love: travel and wine. Il Primo Passo, or “The First Step,” reflects my philosophy of always taking that first, brave step towards realizing one's dreams. I am proud of sourcing exclusively biodynamic and organic wines from small producers with fewer than 20 hectares of land. I can promise you’ll try things you’ve never tasted before!
